Patent Achievement by Academics from Our Department

An invention developed with contributions from members of the Department of Environmental Engineering has been registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Title of the patented invention: "Coating Ceramic Membranes with Cerium Oxide Nanoparticles for Filtration"

The research team includes Prof. Dr. Evrim Çelik Madenli, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kitiş, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Kaleli, Dilara Kesiktaş, Havva Elif Lapa, and Esra Şen.

The patented approach involves coating ceramic membranes with cerium oxide nanoparticles to enhance filtration performance.
