INTERNSHIP REMINDER: Attention to Students Who Will Submit an Internship Activity Report

In our internship guidelines, it is stated that after completing the internship activity report in the required format, the student must submit the internship logbook to the commission either in person or via email within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days starting from the beginning of the academic semester following the internship period, and must also send a notification email to the commission. Within this period, the student is responsible for ensuring that the Internship Evaluation Form (internship record) is sent to the department’s internship email address* by the relevant engineer or the company supervisor/authorized representative. Internships of students who fail to submit the internship activity report and any other documents requested by the commission on time will not be accepted. It is the student’s responsibility to follow up whether the Internship Evaluation Form (internship record) has been received by the department’s internship commission.

 

Therefore, students who complete their internships before 09.02.2026 must submit their internship activity reports to the commission, either in person or via email, no later than 10.03.2026. It should be ensured that the internship activity report complies with the current format. Within this period, students are required to ensure that the Internship Evaluation Form (internship record) is delivered to the commission either in person (in a sealed and confidential envelope, stamped/sealed and signed) or online to the internship commission’s email address by the relevant engineer or the company supervisor/authorized representative. Internships of students who fail to submit the internship activity report and any other documents requested by the commission on time will not be accepted. It is the student’s responsibility to follow up whether the Internship Evaluation Form (internship record) has been received by the department’s internship commission.
