To train qualified Food Engineers, who have the knowledge and skills to design, develop and manufacture safe and high quality food production and distribution systems, taking into account the needs of the country and region, and preferred primarily by the food industry, public institutions and universities.

VISION

To educate individuals who are self-confident and have professional ethics, who provide undergraduate and graduate education in the field of food engineering with the understanding of continuous development, taking into account the changing needs of the public and consumers, and to be an education and research institution that is accepted in the country and the world.
