Quality Activities

Within the scope of Dry Foods Technology Course, representatives of businesses operating in the field of dried fruit and vegetable processing in our province and students came together. Natural Kuru Business Owner and Food Engineer Ayşe BÜLBÜL on 08.12.2021, Elmasu & Elmataş A.Ş. Business Engineer Hasan BAŞÇİFTÇİ shared their knowledge about the sector and production processes with the students.
 
Between 5-12 March 2021, our Department's 2020-2021 spring semester Academic advisory meetings were held online. Students were given information about internships, projects and department commissions.
 
The external advisory board meeting was held with the participation of our Department's Quality commission members and advisory board members. (15/10/2021)
 
 Within the scope of the 4th grade Technology and R&D Management course, our university's Research and Innovation Coordinator Prof. Dr. Serdal Terzi gave an informative seminar to the students of our department about the R&D and Entrepreneurship opportunities of our university.
 
Our Department Quality Commission Meeting was held on 16.08.2021.
 
Elections for the Head of the Department were held. Head of Food Technology Department Prof. Dr. Gülcan ÖZKAN, Head of the Department of Food Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hakan KULEAŞAN was elected with the majority of the votes. 10/06/2021.
