Graduation Procedures

To the attention of our students who will apply for graduation from the Department of Civil Engineering,

The graduation commission will meet every 4 (four) weeks and the meeting dates of the 2024 graduation commission are listed in the table below.

Important information: Students must complete their applications via the SDÜNet platform at least two weeks before the commission meeting date. Otherwise, graduation procedures will be evaluated at the next meeting (Graduation review procedures take at least 15 days).

 

 

Procedures to be Followed by Students in Graduation Status to Graduate:

1. Students who want to apply for graduation through the SDÜNet platform must log in to the system with their student numbers and create a registration in the "Disconnection Procedures" section under the "Personal" tab.

Note: As the Department of Civil Engineering, physical submission of documents is not required at any stage of the graduation process.

Next Process: Our reviews in our department last at least 15 (fifteen) days, and if there are no problems in the review, it is sent to the Dean's Office meeting with a cover letter on Tuesday. Appearing the diploma in e-government, delivering the diploma, etc. Affairs are carried out by student affairs and our deanery.
