Attention to students whose maximum education period has expired

According to the provisions of paragraph (c) of Article 44 of Law No. 2547 and the application principles announced by the Student Affairs Department, it has been evaluated by the relevant commissions of the Department Heads. Students with 5 or less failed courses were given 3 or 4 semesters of additional time depending on whether they used their additional exam rights.

Students with 1 failed course were given unlimited exam rights.

Students with more than 5 failed courses will be dismissed from the University.

As a result of the additional exams, the use of additional time will start from the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

If there are students who are given 3 or 4 semesters of additional time and unlimited exam rights who want to take courses in the fall semester of 2024-2025, these students must first pay the semester tuition fee (https://oos.sdu.edu.tr/HarcOdeme).

Students who have paid the semester tuition fee must complete their course registrations by informing the student affairs unit through the SDU demand tracking and support system(https://taleptakip.sdu.edu.tr).
