TUBITAK 1001 Project Results Workshop to Be Held

Dear Academics and Esteemed Representatives of Our Industry,

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK-1001 (Project No: 123M553) project titled “DESIGN OF COOLING SPORTSWEAR FABRICS THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF BODY AND SOLAR RADIANT ENERGY,” led by Prof. Dr. Sibel KAPLAN from the Department of Textile Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University, an online workshop will be held on May 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The aim of the workshop is to introduce the project and share its outcomes.

In addition to presenting the project results, the workshop also aims to bring together academics, graduate students, and industry professionals interested in the subject to share examples of personal thermal management studies conducted both in Türkiye and around the world.

Another goal is to create a foundation for future collaborative work by enabling knowledge exchange between academia and industry representatives in the relevant project fields.
