Utility Model Registration Success from Our Faculty

The “PANDO-RAD IoT-Based Earthquake Prediction Network”, developed by a research team including Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ertan KÜRKÇÜOĞLU, faculty member of the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, was registered as a utility model on October 19, 2026.

Registered under application number TR2024/019992, the invention stands out as an innovative study on an earthquake prediction network based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology.

The research team includes Lecturer Abbas Alpaslan KOÇER and Özlem ÖNER, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ertan KÜRKÇÜOĞLU, faculty member of our Faculty.

This registration is an important achievement in turning the scientific research carried out at our University into technological innovations and intellectual property outputs.
